Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with EAKMA Enterprises (“we”, “our”, “us”). We are committed to providing quality products and a smooth customer experience. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1) Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item / wrong size / wrong color
  • The parcel is incomplete (missing item/accessory)
  • To be eligible, the item must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging (if applicable)
  • Supported with order proof/invoice and clear photos/video evidence where required

2) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable (except in case of damage/defect or wrong item delivered):

  • Cosmetics, beauty & personal care items (opened/used)
  • Jewelry items (worn/used, or without original packaging)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
  • Products with removed tags, altered stitching, or washed/used clothing
  • Sale/clearance items (if clearly marked as final sale)

Note: If a non-returnable item is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are still eligible for replacement or refund as per this policy.

3) How to Request a Return / Refund

To initiate a request, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please share:

  • Order number
  • Product name/category
  • Clear photos (and short video if needed) showing the issue
  • Brief explanation of the problem

We typically respond within 24–48 business hours.

4) Return Approval & Inspection

All return/refund requests are subject to verification. Once approved:

  • You will receive return instructions (address and process)
  • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival
  • If the item does not meet eligibility conditions, the request may be declined

5) Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item), return shipping may be covered by us case-by-case.
  • If the return is due to change of mind (if accepted), return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

6) Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund method depends on the original payment method and may include:
  • Bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa (as applicable)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

7) Replacement / Exchange

If eligible, we may offer:

  • Replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • Exchange (size/color, where applicable), or
  • Refund if replacement is not available

8) Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.
  • If an order has already been dispatched, it will be handled according to this return policy.
